Premium Clear Epoxy Resin — 15 Gallon Kit

Clear 2:1, 100% solids epoxy for floors, flake systems, metallic floors, tables, and counters.

Two 5-gallon Part A resin pails and one 5-gallon Part B activator. Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B by volume.

What this kit is for

•  Color coat and flake broadcast coat

•  Clear top coat over flake or metallic

•  Garage and shop floors after the slab is prepped

This is the clear build coat. It is not a moisture primer. Ask if you need a separate base coat for raw or damp concrete.

Coverage

About 100 sq ft per gallon on a typical floor coat.

Up to about 140 sq ft per gallon at 11 mils on smooth, sealed concrete.

A normal 2-car garage is about 500–600 sq ft.

That’s about 6 gallons for one coat, or about 12 gallons for two coats.

One 15-gallon kit covers a normal 2-car garage for a color coat and a clear top coat.

Metallic floors are often poured thicker, so you may use more per square foot. Always figure extra for grind profile and waste.

Working properties

•  100% solids

•  Mix ratio: 2A : 1B by volume

•  Working time: 45–60 minutes

•  Cure: 4–6 hours at 78°F

•  Tack-free: about 12 hours

Liquid pigment

The kit ships clear. Add liquid pigment to the color coat if you want gray, another color, or a metallic look. See the liquid pigment menu. Leave the clear top coat unpigmented.

How to mix Measure 2A : 1B. Mix 3–5 minutes, scrape the sides and bottom, pour into a second pail and mix again. Place within the working time.
